Your Player Agreement Explained

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 555pak, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you as the player and 555pak as the platform operator.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the 555pak platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 555pak.

2 Account Registration

To use 555pak you must register a player account. Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By submitting your registration details you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being closed and any balance forfeited.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 555pak support immediately.
• Account registration is only available to individuals — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.

555pak reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point including at the time of withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid identity document and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being delayed or declined.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 555pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards issued by Pakistan banks.

Minimum deposit amounts vary and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account. 555pak does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• If a deposit is made from an unrecognised or third-party source, 555pak may place a hold on the account pending investigation.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

555pak does not accept deposits that are intended to be held on account without being used for gaming. The platform is a gaming platform, not a financial holding service. Funds deposited should be used for the purpose of gameplay.

4 Withdrawals

Your real money balance — funds you have deposited and not yet wagered, or winnings converted from real money bets — can be requested for withdrawal at any time. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever this is operationally possible. In cases where this is not possible, 555pak will contact you to agree an alternative method.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days once verification is complete.
• 555pak does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions to JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take additional time depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

555pak offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are displayed within the offer itself in your account. The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless an individual offer states otherwise.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome offer per person, household and device.
• Bonuses must be opted into before making the qualifying deposit — retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates for different game types are shown in the individual offer terms.
• 555pak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses where abuse or manipulation of the promotions system is suspected.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — is a serious breach of these terms.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 555pak covers cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other domestic and international fixtures, as well as football, esports and other sports available in the sportsbook. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, 555pak reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Bets on suspended markets cannot be placed. If a market is suspended after a bet is submitted but before it is confirmed, the bet will not be accepted.
• For cricket: bets on matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances will be settled according to the rules displayed for that specific market at time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. Where one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

555pak is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain financial advantage — any winnings gained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 555pak staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse deposits after receiving and using bonus funds — chargebacks on played deposits are treated as fraudulent.

Where 555pak reasonably suspects a breach of fair play, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals during that period and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a violation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

555pak may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts registered by the same player.
• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, 555pak will determine at its discretion whether any remaining real money balance is refundable. Bonus funds are not refundable in any circumstance of terms breach closure. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, the remaining real money balance will be processed for return via the player's usual payment method.

9 Privacy & Data

555pak collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform operation. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights in relation to it are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering on 555pak you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, subject to 555pak's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and financial record-keeping purposes.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the platform.
• You are entitled to request a copy of the data 555pak holds about you by contacting support.

10 Responsible Gaming

555pak takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay within their personal limits. These tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result at regular intervals.

If gaming is causing you financial difficulty or distress, please use the self-exclusion tool and seek support. Gaming on 555pak should be entertainment — it should not be used as a way to recover financial losses or address financial problems. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

11 Limitation of Liability

555pak provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• 555pak is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime where the player had an open bet or active game session.
• 555pak is not liable for losses arising from a player's own failure to comply with these terms.
• 555pak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind connected to platform use.
• In cases of proven platform error resulting in incorrect game outcomes or odds, 555pak's liability is limited to returning the stake placed on the affected bet or game round.

Nothing in these terms limits 555pak's liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded by law, including gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the platform operator.

12 Changes to These Terms

555pak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 555pak will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact method ahead of the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use of 555pak after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
